CrownPlay Casino Withdrawals
Request a withdrawal through the cashier in your CrownPlay account. We process your request within three working days once all conditions are met and account checks are complete. At VIP Level 1, you can withdraw up to CHF 500 per day and CHF 7’000 per month.
How to request a withdrawal
Open the cashier in your account, select a withdrawal method, enter the amount and submit your request. The account or card used for your withdrawal must be in your name. Wherever possible, we pay out using the same method you used to deposit.
You can have no more than three pending withdrawal requests at a time. For a subsequent withdrawal, the processing period begins once the previous withdrawal is complete. Submitting a new request will not speed up an existing one.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Our finance department processes withdrawal requests within three working days, provided all conditions have been met and all checks completed. This period begins when you submit your request or when the previous withdrawal is completed, if one is still pending.
We process withdrawals Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 17:00 GMT. Saturdays and Sundays do not count as working days. After we have processed your withdrawal, your payment provider needs additional time to credit the funds. The three working days cover our processing time; it may take longer for the money to reach you.
Additional account checks or an individually arranged withdrawal schedule may extend the timeframe. We may withhold payment until the required checks are complete.
Your withdrawal limits in CHF
Your VIP level determines how much you can withdraw each day and month.
| VIP Level | Per Day | Per Month |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | CHF 500 | CHF 7’000 |
| 2 | CHF 500 | CHF 10’000 |
| 3 | CHF 800 | CHF 12’000 |
| 4 | CHF 1’000 | CHF 15’000 |
| 5 | CHF 1’500 | CHF 20’000 |
Additional minimum and maximum amounts may apply to individual withdrawals, depending on factors such as your payment method or VIP level.
Your activity during the 90 calendar days before your request determines your VIP level. The balance between deposits, withdrawals and bonuses received can affect your level. If you do not place any bets for a month, your status drops to the lowest level.
Identity verification before withdrawal
To verify your account, we may request an identity document, proof of address and evidence of your payment method. This may include bank or card statements and transaction records. We may also ask you to prove the source of your deposited funds.
You must submit the requested documents within 30 days. Once we have received them all, we normally review them within 10 days. Additional checks may take longer. The three-working-day withdrawal processing period does not apply while verification is pending.
We may withhold your withdrawal or temporarily suspend your account until verification is complete. Failure to submit documents on time may result in your account being permanently closed.
Deposits, bonuses and wagering before withdrawal
Before withdrawing, you must have wagered at least the total amount you deposited. Your bets in the calendar month in which you request the withdrawal must also equal at least EUR 20. Both conditions must be met. What matters is the total amount staked, not the amount you have won.
If you have not wagered your deposit at least once, we may cancel winnings and deduct payment fees: 10 % of your last deposit, with a minimum of EUR 0.50, or 15 % for deposits made by bank card or bank transfer.
With an active casino bonus, the offer’s wagering requirements also apply. If you request a withdrawal before meeting them, your bonus balance and any winnings from it are forfeited. Released bonus amounts and winnings are transferred to your real-money balance only after you complete the wagering requirements. The winning limits for each bonus still apply.
Which withdrawal methods are available?
In Switzerland, you can withdraw in CHF to a card, by bank transfer, or through Revolut, Skrill or MiFinity. Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are also available.
| Withdrawal Method | Minimum | Maximum |
|---|---|---|
| CHF 20 | CHF 3’000 | |
| CHF 20 | CHF 4’500 | |
| CHF 20 | CHF 4’500 | |
| CHF 20 | CHF 4’500 | |
| CHF 20 | CHF 2’500 | |
| CHF 60 | CHF 5’400 | |
| CHF 20 | CHF 4’500 | |
| USDC, USDC Solana | CHF 20 | CHF 4’500 |
| Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, TRX, BNB, DOGE, Solana, Cardano | CHF 20 | CHF 4’500 |
These limits apply per transaction. Your daily and monthly VIP limits apply as well: at VIP Level 1, you can withdraw no more than CHF 500 per day, even if your payment method has a higher transaction limit.
Wherever possible, we pay withdrawals using the method you used to fund your account. We cannot always use your preferred method, so a withdrawal may be processed through another payment service.
Payments through accounts or cards belonging to other people are not permitted. The name on your payment method must match the name on your CrownPlay account. We may request statements and transaction records as proof.
Once we have approved your withdrawal, your payment provider processes the payment. The time it takes to receive the funds depends on that provider.
Deposit and withdrawal limits are different
You can deposit between CHF 20 and CHF 2’000 by card; card withdrawals range from CHF 20 to CHF 3’000. For Bitcoin, the minimum deposit is CHF 33 and the minimum withdrawal is CHF 60. The maximum for both is CHF 5’400. For MiFinity, both deposits and withdrawals range from CHF 20 to CHF 2’500.
With PSCRD, you can deposit between CHF 20 and CHF 900.
Missing or rejected withdrawal?
Pending identity verification, missing documents, unmet wagering requirements or a withdrawal limit may prevent approval. If an earlier withdrawal is still pending, the processing period for your next request starts only after the previous one is completed.
If we have already processed your request, the payment provider may still need to credit the funds. Our support team can tell you whether we need more documents, whether your request is being processed or whether the payment has already been passed to the provider.
You can reach us around the clock via live chat or at [email protected]. Include the request date, amount, payment method and any transaction reference so we can identify your withdrawal. You do not need to send us your password.
If your issue remains unresolved after our first response, you can send a written complaint to [email protected]. Write from the email address registered to your account. Include your username and full name as recorded on your account, and explain what happened with the dates and times of the relevant transactions. The subject line must contain «COMPLAINT» and the reason for your complaint. We will respond within 10 days once we have all the required information; particularly complex cases may take longer to investigate.
